As a content strategist at Castlight Health, I conceptualize and create strategic email and marketing campaigns to increase product usage, write and edit product copy, product articles, and customer emails and work with designers to create compelling marketing materials.

Email Campaigns

Successful search campaigns drove up in-product searches for “Primary Care Doctor” and “Urgent Care Clinic.” A revamp of a triggered email supporting our “Community” feature increased the open rate by 25%, click-through rate by 90% and click-to-open rate by 50%.

Articles and Education Content

I’ve written numerous articles as well as educational content pages for specific medical conditions and procedures. All written content is heavily researched and scrutinized by a doctor before it goes live in the product.
